FORHEX Fair celebrates people, bringing together different expressions of creativity under one roof, from furniture, textiles, interiors, décor and dining to art. Taking place from 19 to 22 December 2026, the FORHEX Fair jaipur provides a stage to nurture artistry under the theme, “A world of craft, design, spaces & experiences.” For Dhinwa Construction & Engineering, this celebration of craftsmanship reflects a simple belief: spaces should make life better. Our projects are thoughtfully designed around everyday needs, blending functionality, comfort and considered luxury to make living more effortless and elevate the way people experience their spaces
When craftsmanship meets execution
For an investor, homeowner or business owner, the value of a finished space is experienced in how seamlessly it works. That experience is shaped long before handover through thoughtful design, coordinated teams, quality checks and careful execution at every stage. At Dhinwa, we bring these elements together to create spaces that are not only well built, but thoughtfully designed around the people who use them.
The FORHEX Fair curtain-raiser on 30 September 2026 brought this dimension into focus. Mr. Maninder Singh, Co-founder and Director of Dhinwa Construction & Engineering, addressed attendees on the idea of caring beyond the workplace.
Speaking about Dhinwa’s journey, its Co-founder said, “We identified a clear gap in the market in an industry where processes were very unorganised, SOPs were not consistently defined, and accountability varied across stakeholders. That made us realise the need to build a more structured and organised way of working, with clear processes, checklists and quality standards.”
He further added, “For us, this approach cannot stop with our internal teams. We work with suppliers, logistics partners and contractors who follow the same standards and structured processes. We look beyond generic proof of quality; we want our partners to have defined checklists, clear processes and an organised course of action. This alignment is essential to maintaining consistency across every stage of a project.”
Better Spaces Need Better Systems
Based on his address, his belief is simple: how people are cared for influences how they contribute to the spaces they help create. For Dhinwa, this commitment to care extends into everyday practices: providing free quality food for workers, education for children at sites, plantation drives, safety training and a safer, more supportive working environment.
Reflecting on his commitment to the workforce, Maninder Singh further said, “I believe my growth is directly connected to the growth of my people. If my people grow, I grow. That is why continuous and rigorous training is important to us. We want our people to keep learning, improving and growing with the organisation.”
Dhinwa Construction & Engineering carries this approach across its work in institutional, healthcare, residential, commercial and hospitality spaces, with 12.40 lakh sq. ft. delivered across Jaipur, 36.52 lakh sq. ft. active and 12+ landmarks. Projects such as the Medical College Campus and Hospital Building at Nirwan University, along with V Park at Bindayaka, Nittal at Vatika Infotech City, Jaipur , J Park at Mansarovar, reflect the varied environments where planning and execution must work together.
Good craftsmanship needs an organised setting to thrive. Dhinwa has been moving towards structured processes, defined protocols and organised execution systems, strengthening consistency and accountability across project stages.
This becomes particularly relevant to EPC Construction, where coordination across different disciplines is essential from planning through execution. Continuous learning supports this journey. Through frequent training programmes and knowledge sharing, Dhinwa works to improve construction practices while strengthening quality.
Dhinwa’s approach brings together:
- Thoughtful design and planning to create spaces with purpose.
- Quality-focused craftsmanship across construction and finishing.
- People-centric practices including safety training, quality food and education initiatives.
- Structured processes and protocols for organised execution.
- Continuous learning and knowledge sharing to improve practices.
Accountability across project stages to keep teams aligned.
From an Idea to a Lived Experience
Meaningful spaces are ultimately shaped around the people who use them. They should make everyday life more comfortable, convenient and effortless, while adding a sense of luxury that feels natural to the way people live.
This is where FORHEX Fair connects with Dhinwa’s construction philosophy. FORHEX celebrates the craft, design and creativity that give spaces their character. Dhinwa takes that thinking further by creating spaces around real lifestyles where thoughtful planning, functionality, comfort and considered luxury come together to elevate everyday living. Because a well-designed space is not simply one that looks good; it is one that makes life feel better.
