Experienced and dynamic Vice President – Construction responsible for leading end-to-end construction operations for a leading real estate developer in Jaipur. The role involves strategic project execution management, from pre-construction planning to final handover, across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The position focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and with the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Track daily site progress against the execution schedule, coordinate labour deployment, and reconcile material drawdown with the stores register.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering real estate construction projects within approved timelines, budgets, quality parameters, and safety standards. The role involves coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from inception to final handover. Supervise daily shuttering, reinforcement, and masonry crews on-site, turning the site engineer's execution plan into the day's actual work, hour by hour.

Resolve layout, unit planning, and facade design for residential and hospitality projects, and stay engaged through construction to sign off on any site-driven design change.

Run total station and levelling surveys for boundary verification, layout marking, and grade checks — the reference point every trade on site works from.

Lead MEP-first planning coordination on our hospital and hotel builds, with sign-off authority on vendor drawings before they reach site.

Experienced MEP Engineer responsible for managing and supervising Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for high-rise building projects. The role involves planning, execution, coordination, quality control, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems while ensuring timely completion as per project specifications, safety standards, and industry guidelines. The position requires strong technical expertise and effective coordination with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
