A Teaching Hospital Has to Work
as a Hospital First.
The Hospital Building at Nirwan University was never going to be judged as an academic structure. It had to function as a real clinical facility — patients, wards, and medical staff operating inside it every day — while also serving as the practical training ground for the medical college sitting next to it. That dual requirement shaped every decision on this project, from corridor widths to MEP routing.
Dhinwa's scope covered planning, design, civil construction, and medical MEP — the four disciplines that determine whether a clinical building actually performs once it opens, not just whether it looks complete on handover day.
At 1,50,000 sq. ft., the Hospital Building is sized for genuine clinical throughput — wards, diagnostic areas, and treatment spaces built to operate at the scale a teaching hospital requires, not a scaled-down academic annex.

The Hospital Building does not stand alone. It was delivered as the clinical counterpart to Nirwan University's Medical College Campus — the same client, the same site, and the same single-contractor accountability that defined the academic block's delivery.
Where the Medical College Campus covers the teaching side of the institution — lecture halls, laboratories, academic administration — the Hospital Building is where that training is applied. Together, the two projects represent one of Dhinwa's most complete healthcare and education campus commitments in Rajasthan.
