Nirwan University's Medical College Campus in Bassi, Jaipur, required Dhinwa to deliver something considerably more complex than a single structure. A medical college campus has to function as a teaching institution and a clinical training ground simultaneously — lecture halls and anatomy labs sitting alongside the academic block, with every space designed to the specific built-area and infrastructure norms that a medical education affiliation body inspects against.
This was a full turnkey commitment. Dhinwa carried the project from architectural planning through structural execution, MEP coordination, interior fit-out, and final landscaping — a single point of accountability across every discipline, rather than the institution managing six different contractors for six different scopes.
At 4,50,000 sq. ft. of built-up area, it remains one of Dhinwa's largest single-campus commitments, and the project where our healthcare and institutional execution systems were first built and proven.

Could Run a Full Institutional Turnkey
Most contractors are hired for a piece of a campus. Dhinwa was hired for all of it. That distinction matters because an institution does not want to coordinate between six vendors when a single delay in any one of them can push back an academic intake. By taking planning, architecture, structure, MEP, fit-out, and landscaping under one contract, Dhinwa became the single party accountable for the entire campus being ready — not just for whichever piece we happened to be assigned.
This is also the project that anchors Dhinwa's broader healthcare and institutional construction capability. The same execution discipline used here — affiliation-first planning, structural systems designed around institutional norms, single-point accountability across disciplines — is what now underpins every educational and healthcare project Dhinwa takes on.
