An Admin Building Is Where
an Institution's First Impression Is Built.
Every other building on a university campus serves a specific population — students live in the hostel, faculty teach in the academic blocks, patients are treated in the clinical buildings. The administrative building serves everyone who interacts with the institution from the outside: prospective students touring the campus, parents at admission time, visiting faculty, regulators conducting affiliation inspections. It is, in a practical sense, the face of the university.
Dhinwa's scope on this project went beyond the building itself. Planning, civil construction, structural RCC, and external works meant Dhinwa was responsible not just for the structure, but for the site around it — the approach, the surrounding grounds, and the overall presentation a visitor experiences before they even step inside.
At 2,00,000 sq. ft., the building houses the full administrative function of a university — offices, registrar functions, examination administration, and visitor-facing reception spaces, all under one structurally and externally coordinated build.

About The Project
Construction of 3 buildings, designed to cater to diverse lifestyle needs:
1. Residential Towers (G+14 Each) : With a total of 348 flats, the two towers are to be interconnected via a bridge structure. Their modern design and luxurious amenities provide residents with a sophisticated and comfortable living experience. The ground floor construction offers open and covered parking facility, fountain, temple, and a cycling track around the project site. The rooftop construction department involves creation of sky walk, swimming pool, tennis court, sitting areas, etc.
2. Clubhouse : A G+4 floor building with modern architecture requiring construction finesse on each floor.

About The Project
