Room acoustics, corridor lighting, lobby impact, F&B kitchen layouts, and bathroom waterproofing all demand hotel-grade execution standards — not merely building-grade ones. Structural and architectural drawings coordinated with the hotel brand's design guidelines and Jaipur municipality requirements. Fire NOC pre-application and hospitality compliance review completed before mobilisation.

Site cleared and foundation constructed. Full RCC superstructure executed floor by floor, with careful attention to slab loading capacity for F&B equipment, plant rooms, and pool deck areas.

All mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services installed before internal finishes. Chilled water pipework, electrical conduits, and plumbing risers coordinated floor-by-floor using a services layout drawing for each level.

Challenge
Hotel-Grade MEP in Every Room
A hotel is one of the most MEP-intensive building types — every guest room needs individual AC control, hot water within seconds, and TV, data, and phone services, all concealed within compact partition walls and false ceilings.
Our Solution
Detailed services drawings were prepared for each floor type before any MEP rough-in work began. A dedicated MEP coordinator was embedded on site to sequence electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades without conflict, ensuring clean concealment in every room.

Challenge
Wet Area Waterproofing Across 60+ Bathrooms
Hotel bathroom leaks are a reputational disaster — a single failure permeating into the room below means guest complaints, room closures, and remediation costs that far outweigh the original savings on waterproofing.
Our Solution
A mandatory three-layer waterproofing system was applied to every wet area — crystalline coating, polymer membrane, and screed protection layer. Every bathroom was flood-tested for 48 hours before tiling commenced. Zero leaks post-handover.

Challenge
Consistent Finish Quality Across All Guest Rooms
When a guest checks into room 101 and then room 412, they expect identical finish quality. Maintaining that across 60+ rooms with multiple finishing teams working simultaneously is a significant quality management challenge.
Our Solution
A fully completed and client-approved model room was built before the finishing programme commenced. Every subsequent room was inspected against this benchmark. A room sign-off sheet was required before any room was locked for furniture installation.

Challenge
Regulatory Compliance — Fire NOC & Occupancy
Hotels in Rajasthan require a fire NOC from the Fire Department and a separate hotel occupancy licence before any guest can check in. Both inspections are thorough and non-negotiable — any deficiency requires remediation before re-inspection.
Our Solution
Fire safety compliance was designed in from day one — not retrofitted at the end. Sprinkler spacing, hydrant locations, exit widths, and signage were all reviewed against the applicable NBC and Rajasthan Fire Service standards during construction, enabling a first-pass NOC submission.
