Concept & Design Approval
Collaborated closely with the client to finalize architectural blueprints, ensuring optimal flat layouts, Vastu alignment, and efficient structural load distribution.
Phase 02
Foundation & Earthworks
Commenced site mobilisation in Mansarovar. Executed deep excavation and poured heavy raft foundations to anchor the multi-block residential complex.
Phase 03
RCC Superstructure Casting
Rapid vertical construction of the apartment blocks utilizing advanced system formwork to maintain strict floor-to-floor timelines without compromising concrete strength.
Phase 04
Blockwork & MEP Routing
Executed internal masonry to cleanly partition individual flats while simultaneously laying concealed electrical conduits and high-pressure plumbing networks.
Phase 05
Finishing & Handover
Completed exterior weather-proofing, interior plastering, and common area flooring. Executed the central landscape and formally handed over the completed residences.

Bridging Design and Civil Realities
In many residential projects, architectural visions clash with structural limitations during construction, leading to delayed timelines and compromised flat layouts.
Our Solution
Operating under a Design & Build model, our architects and civil engineers worked cohesively from the start. Utilizing unified BIM modeling, we eliminated structural clashes before ground was broken, ensuring the design intent was perfectly executed.

Challenge
Optimizing Flat Layouts
Buyers demand spacious, well-lit, and strictly Vastu-compliant apartments. Reconciling these rigid orientation rules across a massive multi-block footprint without creating "dead space" is a puzzle.
Our Solution
We engaged in iterative space planning, adjusting tower orientations and shear wall placements to guarantee that 100% of the apartments met Vastu requirements while maximizing natural cross-ventilation.

Challenge
Central Courtyard Logistics
Developing a lush central green space in the middle of multiple high-rise apartment blocks means that heavy machinery and scaffolding must operate directly above the planned landscape area.
Our Solution
We implemented strict sequencing protocols. All heavy structural works and exterior plastering for the inner facades were completed first. Only after scaffolding was safely dismantled did we commence the softscape and hardscape execution in the courtyard.

Challenge
High-Density Plumbing Networks
Residential complexes experience massive simultaneous water usage during morning peak hours. Standard plumbing designs often fail to maintain adequate pressure to the upper floor flats.
Our Solution
We engineered oversized centralized service shafts and deployed advanced hydro-pneumatic pumping systems. This ensured reliable, high-pressure water delivery to every single apartment, regardless of elevation.
