We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager for Construction Execution to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, ensuring quality standards, and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  1. Project Execution:
  • Oversee the day-to-day construction activities to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor and manage project costs, schedules, and quality standards.
  1. Resource Management:
  • Allocate resources efficiently and manage project teams, including subcontractors and labor.
  • Ensure that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and have the necessary tools and information.
  1. Quality Control and Safety:
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols on-site.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain project quality.
  1. Communication and Reporting:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, including project status, financials, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with all project participants.
  1. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and challenges.
  • Make informed decisions to keep the project on track, balancing time, cost, and quality considerations.
  1. Project Closure:
    • Ensure all project documentation is completed, including as-built drawings, warranties, and manuals.
    • Conduct final inspections and obtain necessary approvals and permits.
    • Facilitate project handover to clients and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on execution.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
