Job Brief:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Identify market opportunities and potential clients, conducting market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and target segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive sales growth and market expansion.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking sales leads, opportunities, and activities, and providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and implementing initiatives to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies, promotions, and incentive programs to drive sales and increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments, and adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • MBA Master with a Minimum of 15 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales objectives and goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales performance and delivering measurable results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Knowledge of sales management principles, techniques, and best practices.
