Job Brief:

  • This is the full-time on-site role for a CEO, Located In Rajasthan.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
  • Lead and direct the executive team in formulating and executing strategic initiatives, including business development, operational excellence, and financial management.
  • Provide visionary leadership to all employees and stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety codes, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the company’s long-term financial health and sustainability.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with clients, vendors, and other external parties, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech + MBA with a minimum of 15 years of experience preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of executive leadership in the construction industry in senior management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
  • Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant technology tools.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including integrity, resilience, and a commitment to ethical business practices.
