Who We Are

Engineering-Led Execution.
Not Just Construction.

Dhinwa Construction is not a general contractor that builds to instruction. We are an engineering-led execution company — one that plans before it pours, systems before it starts, and accounts for quality before it hands over.

In high-rise construction, the difference between a firm that delivers and one that delays is rarely skill — it is the presence or absence of systems. Our planning discipline, our in-house plant, our resident engineering teams, and our single-point accountability model are why projects that look complex on paper get delivered on schedule on site.

Planning First
Programme, procurement, and engineering coordination locked before mobilisation.
Systems-Driven
ISO-certified quality, safety, and environmental management on every active site.
One Accountable Team
Foundation to handover — one resident engineer, one contract, no ambiguity.

What We Specialise In

Service Domains

Dhinwa operates across six construction sectors. Each demands a different technical skill set; we carry all of them in-house — enabling seamless delivery without the coordination gaps that multi-vendor projects always produce.
01
High-Rise Residential
Multi-tower apartment developments — from raft foundations through G+14 structural frames to complete finishing, MEP, and resident handover. Twin-crane parallel construction, in-house concrete, and 200+ unit quality management under one team.

02
Hospitality Construction
Full hotel build from structure through to guest room finishing — acoustic walls, wet-area waterproofing, hospitality-grade MEP, F&B kitchen infrastructure, and Fire NOC compliance. A category where quality failures are reputational, not just contractual.

What Complex Actually Looks Like

The projects that matter most — the ones that define a developer's reputation — are the ones where execution complexity is highest. These are the conditions we have been built for.
01
High-Rise RCC Structures
Multi-storey RCC framed structures up to G+14 and beyond, executed with in-house M25–M40 concrete batching, system formwork, and floor-by-floor quality verification. Seismic zone compliance built into structural design from day one.
02
Multi-Tower Coordination
Running two or more towers simultaneously with independent structural teams, dedicated cranes, and separate MEP programmes — while maintaining a unified project control centre, shared procurement, and consistent QA/QC standards across all fronts.
03
Large-Scale Finishing Management
Coordinating flooring, tiling, painting, plumbing fixtures, and electrical finishing across 200+ individual units simultaneously — with a model flat benchmark, unit-by-unit sign-off matrix, and dedicated finishing manager per tower.
04
Infrastructure Integration
On-site STP, rainwater harvesting, HT substations, underground sumps, fire hydrant networks, and vehicular infrastructure — all integrated with the structural programme rather than executed as afterthoughts during finishing.
05
Complex MEP Coordination
Medical gas pipelines, OT-grade HVAC, centralised chilled water systems, 100% DG backup, BMS integration, and multi-system commissioning — executed by an in-house MEP team coordinated from structural drawings, not retrofitted post-construction.
06
External Development at Scale
Podium-level landscape, multi-level basement parking, vehicle circulation, external cladding systems, and campus-scale hardscape — delivered within the main project programme rather than as a deferred scope that delays occupancy.

Technologies, Plants & Tools

Execution Readiness,
In-House

We own and operate critical plant, surveying tools, shuttering systems, digital tools, and testing equipment in-house — not rented when a project demands it. This gives us full control over programme, quality, and cost that most contractors cannot match.
Concrete Batch Mix Plants
Machinery
In-house concrete on every site — eliminating ready-mix dependency and ensuring grade consistency at every pour.
Tower Cranes
Machinery
Dedicated crane per tower enabling parallel construction, rebar placement, and formwork positioning at full building height.
System Shuttering
Shuttering Systems
Aluminium and steel system formwork enabling rapid strip and re-use — the mechanical foundation of our consistent floor cycle.
Compression Testing Machine
Testing Equipment
On-site concrete testing and quality checks carried out at every critical stage to ensure consistency, strength, and confidence before progressing further.
Total Station & Auto Level
Surveying Tools
Electronic total stations and auto levels on every site for structural setting-out, level monitoring, and verticality control across all floors.
Concrete Boom Pumps
Machinery
Stationary boom pumps delivering concrete directly to slab form at any floor height — essential for maintaining pour speed on upper levels.
Project Management Software
Digital Tools
Digital progress dashboards, daily photo reporting, procurement tracking, and lookahead scheduling — full project visibility for site teams and clients alike.
Steel Bending Machines
Machinery
On-site rebar cutting and bending — pre-bent cages produced to structural drawings, eliminating wastage and reducing lead times between design and placement.
Safety & Credentials

Building High Demands
Zero Compromise

Our safety management system — certified to ISO 45001:2018 — governs every aspect of our high-rise operations, from working-at-height permits and scaffolding inspections to crane lift plans, tool-box talks, and daily HSE briefings. A clean safety record is not luck: it is process applied relentlessly.

People & Culture

Built by People Who
Take Ownership

Very few construction firms communicate what their culture actually is. Ours is simple: we behave like we own the outcome, not just the contract. Every resident engineer, every site supervisor, every concrete pour — treated as if it carries our name permanently.

01
Resident Engineers, Not Remote Managers
Our engineers live on site, not in offices. Decisions are made at the point of construction — not passed up a chain that slows everything down.
02
Accountability Without Hierarchy
Every person on a Dhinwa site knows their scope, their deadline, and their quality standard. Accountability does not stop at the project manager — it runs through every team.
03
Transparency With Clients
We share what is going well and what is not. Clients get weekly progress reports with real data — not curated updates. Problems are communicated before they become surprises.
04
Pride in Craft
The people who build our projects are skilled — and they know it. We invest in training, in equipment, and in the working conditions that allow skilled people to do skilled work well.

Frequently Asked

Questions About
Our Execution

Serious questions from serious developers. If yours is not here, write to us directly and we will answer it properly.

What is the minimum project size you take on?
We typically work on projects above 50,000 sq. ft. in built-up area. Below this threshold, the complexity and coordination systems we operate are disproportionate to the scope. That said, if a project is technically complex or forms part of a larger ongoing relationship with a client, we are open to a conversation regardless of scale.
Do you operate as a main contractor or do you sub-contract structural work?
We operate as a main contractor with full in-house structural execution. We do not sub-contract our core structural work — our own engineers, our own plant, our own formwork teams execute the RCC frame. This is a deliberate design choice: sub-contracting structure creates accountability gaps that show up as programme delays and quality issues that the main contractor cannot control. We eliminate that gap.
How do you manage programme in monsoon conditions in Rajasthan?
Our in-house batch mix plants give us direct control over water-cement ratios regardless of ambient humidity — something ready-mix concrete cannot offer in high-humidity conditions. Site drainage infrastructure is installed before the monsoon. Upper-floor structural work is sequenced to avoid peak rain weeks where possible. The net result: our projects continue through the monsoon rather than pausing for it.
Can you handle Design & Build or only construction?
We handle both. For clients who have appointed their own architect and structural consultant, we act as the main contractor — executing to the approved drawings. For clients who prefer a single-point mandate, we provide Design & Build — coordinating the full design process alongside execution. Our Aamor Residences project (3,05,000 sq. ft.) was delivered under a full Design & Build arrangement.
What does your client communication process look like during construction?
Clients receive: daily site photography via a shared portal, weekly progress reports with actual vs. planned lookaheads, monthly formal progress meetings with written minutes, and direct access to the resident project engineer at any time. We do not manage clients through layers of administration — the person running your site is accessible to you.
How do you handle quality control across 200+ residential units?
A dedicated finishing manager per tower maintains a unit-by-unit progress matrix. Before the finishing programme begins, a model flat is built to the client-approved quality standard — this becomes the physical benchmark against which every subsequent unit is inspected. No unit is signed off for furniture or handover without passing inspection against the model flat standard. This produces consistency at scale.
Do you work outside Jaipur or Rajasthan?
Our current portfolio is concentrated in Jaipur and Rajasthan, where we have deep knowledge of local soil conditions, regulatory frameworks, contractor networks, and material supply chains. We are open to projects in adjacent geographies where the scope warrants mobilising our full plant and team infrastructure. Reach out to discuss your location and project scale directly.
