Dhinwa Construction was appointed as the single-point EPC partner for the Nirwan University Medical College — one of the largest and most complex institutional projects undertaken in Rajasthan. The mandate covered everything from master planning and architectural design through to structural execution and final handover.

The campus demanded exacting standards: specialized laboratory environments, medical-grade ventilation and plumbing, a hospital wing compliant with NABH guidelines, lecture theatres with advanced AV infrastructure, and residential blocks for students and faculty — all delivered concurrently within a disciplined programme.

The result is a cohesive, future-ready campus that has become a reference project for healthcare education construction across North India.

Site Mobilisation & Design Development
Site handed over, geotechnical investigations completed, and full architectural and engineering drawings developed in coordination with the client's academic team and regulatory consultants.

Deep foundation work, raft slabs, and basement construction across the medical college block and hospital wing, with the in-house batch mix plant supplying all concrete.

Challenge
Medical-Grade MEP in Active Construction Zone
Healthcare infrastructure demands a level of MEP complexity — medical gas, sterile environments, redundant power — that is fundamentally different from standard construction, requiring specialist coordination at every stage.
Our Solution
A dedicated MEP co-ordination team was embedded on site from design stage. BIM clash detection was used to resolve service conflicts before installation, and manufacturer-certified engineers supervised all medical gas and HVAC commissioning.

Challenge
Parallel Delivery Across Four Active Sites
Running four major building blocks concurrently created extreme demands on material flow, labour allocation, and crane scheduling — any bottleneck on one site could cascade across the whole programme.
Our Solution
A central project control room with daily lookahead scheduling, an on-site batch mix plant eliminating ready-mix delays, and four dedicated site managers each with full P&L responsibility for their block.

Challenge
Regulatory Complexity — MCI & NABH Compliance
Medical Council of India and NABH accreditation requirements imposed highly specific spatial standards — room sizes, corridor widths, ventilation rates — that had to be embedded into the design and verified at handover.
Our Solution
A dedicated compliance matrix was maintained throughout design and construction. Third-party inspections at each phase gate ensured no post-construction remediation was required, enabling a clean regulatory submission.

Challenge
Remote Site Logistics & Supply Chain
Bassi's semi-rural location created genuine supply chain challenges for specialist materials, skilled trades, and equipment — particularly during the monsoon months when access roads became unreliable.
Our Solution
Strategic advance procurement and on-site storage buffers were established for all critical materials. Labour accommodation was built adjacent to the site, eliminating daily commute dependency and maintaining productivity year-round.
