Our scope focused heavily on establishing a robust RCC structural framework capable of handling high-density urban living. Beyond the concrete and steel, we managed the meticulous interior blockwork, core plastering, and premium finishing across hundreds of individual flats.

Mobilisation & Deep Excavation
Secured the Jaisinghpura site and commenced deep earthworks to prepare the foundation bed for the massive multi-block apartment footprint.
Phase 02
Foundation & Substructure
Poured high-strength raft foundations and executed the basement retaining walls, creating a highly stable base for the vertical towers.
Phase 03
RCC Superstructure Execution
Deployed heavy-duty tower cranes and system formwork to rapidly cast the vertical RCC shear walls and floor slabs, scaling multiple towers simultaneously.
Phase 04
Masonry & Flat Partitioning
Executed precision blockwork across all floors, cleanly dividing the floorplates into hundreds of individual apartments while accommodating necessary MEP chases.
Phase 05
Surface Finishing & Handover
Completed all internal plastering, waterproofing, and tile flooring. The finished structural and aesthetic shell was handed over to the client for final occupancy.

Scale and Repetition
Building hundreds of individual apartments requires immense logistical coordination. Maintaining strict dimensional accuracy across every single flat is challenging when managing a project of 4.53 lakh sq. ft.
Our Solution
We utilized advanced laser-guided formwork and standardized blockwork templates. Our QA/QC team implemented a strict zone-by-zone sign-off process to ensure the 100th apartment was identical to the first.

Challenge
Material Logistics & Vertical Transport
Moving thousands of tons of concrete, steel, blocks, and delicate finishing materials (like flooring tiles) up dozens of floors safely and efficiently is a major bottleneck in high-rise residential construction.
Our Solution
We utilized strategically positioned heavy-duty tower cranes and high-speed material hoists. Deliveries were scheduled with precision to ensure trades never had to wait for structural or finishing materials.

Challenge
Quality Finishing at Scale
In residential projects, buyers scrutinize every detail. Inconsistencies in plastering, uneven tile grout lines, or poor waterproofing in bathrooms can lead to massive post-handover issues.
Our Solution
We established strict quality benchmarks by finishing "mock-up flats" first. We also mandated rigorous water-ponding tests for all wet areas (bathrooms and balconies) before any tiling commenced to guarantee zero seepage.

Challenge
Timely Project Delivery
Real estate developments operate on strict RERA timelines. Any delay in the civil framework cascades down to the MEP and finishing contractors, delaying final handover to the apartment buyers.
Our Solution
By utilizing an in-house concrete batch mix plant and implementing a continuous pouring schedule, we eliminated third-party supply delays. This allowed us to achieve a highly predictable and rapid floor-cycle time.
