Site handed over, geotechnical investigations completed, and full architectural drawings optimized for patient flow and emergency access in coordination with the regulatory consultants.

Deep foundation work and specialized vibration-controlled substructures executed. This included pouring high-density concrete for the radiation-shielded bunkers in the radiology department.

Challenge
Medical-Grade MEP Integration
Modern hospitals require an incredibly dense network of MEP systems — multi-zone HVAC, oxygen pipelines, vacuum lines, and IT networks — all sharing the same limited ceiling plenum space without crossing infection zones.
Our Solution
We utilized advanced 3D BIM modeling to detect clashes before a single pipe was laid. A dedicated medical MEP co-ordination team was embedded on-site, ensuring zero compromises on ceiling heights or system accessibility.

Challenge
Radiation Shielding Execution
The diagnostic center and radiology departments required absolute radiation containment, meaning the concrete structures surrounding CT and MRI machines could not have a single micro-fissure or void.
Our Solution
We engineered specialized high-density concrete mixes at our in-house batch plant. The pouring process was strictly continuous to avoid cold joints, supplemented by precise lead-lined panel installations tested by third-party physicists.

Challenge
Strict Infection Control Standards
Unlike commercial buildings, a hospital must be actively designed to prevent the spread of airborne and surface pathogens, requiring specialized materials and installation techniques.
Our Solution
We implemented positive-pressure zoning in operation theatres to push clean air out, preventing contaminant entry. All corners were finished with seamless hospital-grade coving, and flooring utilized heat-welded anti-microbial vinyl.

Challenge
24/7 Operational Redundancy
A hospital cannot lose power or life-support systems for even a second. Constructing a fail-safe electrical and mechanical backbone is complex and highly scrutinized.
Our Solution
We established dual-feed electrical layouts with automatic transfer switches routing to multi-level DG backups. Critical care units were wired with isolated power supply (IPS) panels to ensure absolute patient safety during any grid failure.
